De algemene taak van de vertrouwenscontactpersoon omvat het verzorgen van eerste opvang van slachtoffers van ongewenst gedrag van leden van de vereniging, dan wel personen die in nauwe relatie staan tot de vereniging, denkende aan bijvoorbeeld oud leden van de vereniging en bezoekers. Tevens is de vertrouwenscontactpersoon er ook om culturele problemen te bespreken of wanneer je tegen iets aanloopt. De vertrouwenscontactpersoon is er ook voor situaties op de vereniging of gerelateerd aan de vereniging waarvoor u het gevoel hebt dat u niet bij het bestuur terecht kan.

Daarnaast heeft de vertrouwenscontactpersoon de volgende taken:

de vertrouwenscontactpersoon fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor leden van T.C. Ludica en personen die in relatie staan tot de vereniging bij sociale problemen binnen en buiten de vereniging;

de vertrouwenscontactpersoon begeleidt de aangever in het verdere verloop van de melding;

de vertrouwenscontactpersoon bemiddelt, beantwoord vragen, verwijst indien nodig naar hulpinstanties (SACC, sportbonden, NOC-NSF);

de vertrouwenscontactpersoon behandelt de zaken in strikt vertrouwelijke sfeer en zorgt ervoor dat de vertrouwelijkheid is gegarandeerd; De vertrouwenscontactpersonen hebben allen een geheimhoudingsverklaring ondertekend.

de vertrouwenscontactpersoon houdt van alle zaken een eenvoudige (anonieme) documentatie bij;

de vertrouwenscontactpersoon kan het bestuur van de vereniging in kennis stellen van het feit dat er melding is gemaakt van ongewenst gedrag, maar brengt alleen met toestemming van de betrokkene inhoudelijk rapport uit bij het bestuur van de gemelde kwestie.

Mocht je tegen andere problemen aanlopen is er altijd de mogelijkheid om een vertrouwenscontactpersoon te contacteren. Bij twijfel, neem vooral contact op. Via de Student Affairs Coaching and Counseling kan er ook direct naar een studentenpsycholoog toegestapt worden.

The confidential counselor is also there to discuss cultural problems or when you run into something. The confidential contact counselor is also there for situations at the association or related to the association for which you feel that you cannot contact the board.

In addition, the confidential contact counselor can assist with the following aspects:

the confidential contact counselor is accessible to members, former members, donors, parents, volunteers and employees for problems within and outside the association that are related to the association;

the confidential contact counselor guides the declarant in the further course of the report;

the confidential contact counselor mediates, answers questions, refers to aid agencies (SACC, sports associations, NOC-NSF) if necessary;

the confidential contact counselor handles matters in the strictest confidence and ensures that confidentiality is guaranteed; The confidential contact counselors have all signed a confidentiality agreement.

the confidential contact counselor keeps simple (anonymous) documentation of all matters;

the confidential contact counselor can inform the board of the association that undesirable behavior has been reported, but only submits a substantive report to the board of the reported matter with the consent of the person concerned.
